Dannon sought to increase its in-store presence and drive yogurt category sales through an impactful, branded segmentation system. We designed a sophisticated shelving unit incorporating category headers, aisle violators, colored channel strips and well dividers to create a streamlined informational display. The Dannon Retail Segmentation System proved so popular that we were challenged with redesigning the materials into an adaptable shelving system for bodegas and convenience stores. Our redesigned system provided store representatives with a low cost, easy-to-update series of vinyl segmentation blades and color coordinated shelf strips. To ensure easy distribution, each set was pre-packed with hardware, 3-hole drilled for storage in sales binders and placed online for ordering.
